Everyone with a customer account at blaek.coffee. By placing an order in our shop, you automatically have an account. To log in, simply go to your profile and sign in with the code you receive by email.

You earn points by purchasing BLÆK products in our online shop. 1 point for every 1 € spent. Points are awarded proportionally to the purchase amount and automatically added to your account after the order has been delivered to you. No points are awarded for shipping costs, gift cards, and canceled or returned products, as well as in cases of non-payment or misuse.

Welcome points are a reward for new sign-ups to the BLÆK Coffee Club. Each new sign-up automatically receives 25 points credited to their account, serving as a small starting balance.

In your profile (account) and in the BLÆK Coffee Club Widget (bottom left) on our online shop, you will find an overview of your membership status, your redemption options, and much more. All information can be found there.

Yes, points expire after 365 days. After that, they automatically expire and no longer appear in your points account.

You can earn additional points by writing a review about BLÆK. Each review will give you +25 points. Please note that your review must be at least 10 characters long and have a minimum rating of one star.

There are three levels: Coffee Explorer, Coffee Lover, and Coffee Expert.
Coffee Explorer: 0 – 299 points
Coffee Lover: 299 - 799 points
Coffee Expert: from 800 points

You earn points with every order.
1 Point = 1 €
If you have collected between 0 - 299 points, you are at the Coffee Explorer Level. If you have collected more than 300 - 799 points, you are at the Coffee Lover Level. And if you have collected over 800 points, you belong to the Coffee Expert Level.
